Elements and Principles Project 1

I thought this project was fun and educational at the same time. It really helped familiarized me with the elements and principles of art because I had to recognize them while trying to take a picture at the same time. I really was surprised at how well some of the pictures came out. I especially thought it was fun searching for good shots. In addition to the pictures I captured in this project, I added some pictures from my travels that I thought were excellent examples of the elements and principles of art. I hope you all enjoy!

  1. You have some really cool pictures that represent the elements and principles. I love the picture of the waterfall to represent movement, that had to be amazing to see in person. The picture of the trees and lightposts is really cool and I liked that you chose that for balance. I also liked the picture for shape, it was a good example with the circles inside of the circle. My favorite picture is of the lighthouse for space, its so pretty with the sunset and is a good example of space in a picture. Im jealous you were able to go to school in Hawaii!

  2. Within the pictures in the powerpoint all the elements are described perfectly. The pictures were very enjoyable to look at. Where we the pictures taken? This project required us to find 15 different elements. Within the 15 picutres taken all the 15 elements were portrayed perfect. In many of the pictures the elements were displayed multiple times.
